Whether your home is a humble cottage or a grand estate mansion, we provide all of our customers with cost-effective and reasonable pricing.

We work with homeowners/owners of property ONLY - no 2nd or 3rd parties. If you are a realtor or property manager, please have your principal owners call us directly.

ALL projects require an onsite walk thru with the client to evaluate areas to be painted, conditional factors, and site conditions as well. All projects also require a SIGNED agreement and a deposit for any/all projects no matter the size or type.

Prospective clients may contact us by phone, text, or email . When emailing us be sure to give us as much information regarding your upcoming project in the text body of the email you send to us. The more information you supply us regarding your project's anticipated scope, products you wish to use, when you'd like to be able to start, etc. the better we can determine the best cost-effective pricing and pertinent scheduling. However, please note that if you send us an email with attachments or videos and we haven't met you in person for an estimate appointment, those items will not be viewed and considered spam or phishing and will be deleted.

It has recently been brought to our attention that there are some people posing as representatives of Jannino Painting and Design in an effort to gain work for themselves. PLEASE BE AWARE that Jannino Painting and Design DOES NOT allow anyone other than the owner of the company, Frederick " Fred" Jannino to do estimates or to sign agreements for work. If someone is claiming to work for Jannino Painting and Design or Fred Jannino please contact us immediately! To safeguard against corporate identity theft we ask that you ask for proof of identity at the estimate appointment, ask for a Florida drivers licenses to concur that the individual is, in fact, Fred Jannino as he is the only person authorized to do estimates or sign contracts. We ask that if someone other than Fred Jannino is at your residence, that you contact us immediately and we will take steps to protect you and ourselves against possible fraud. Ask for a photo ID!
